Refund policy
At Fashlyfeel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return and Exchange Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers.
Our cancellation/refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. A Flat amount Rs 100 will be deducted from refunds for all orders as shipping charge. This will be applicable for free shipping orders as well.

Refunds (if applicable)
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account statement.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
